Guiding Principle	What does this mean at AMI?
Respect for the Individual	We treat each other (as well as clients and vendors) with integrity and compassion as set by the example of such leaders as Jesus Christ. We recognize the "human" side of being (i.e. that people sometimes make mistakes, conversation disappears, we all have upsets/emotions/moods and unique ways of self-expression). We value and appreciate the uniqueness and diversity within our community (AMI, clients, and vendors). We stand for clear communication of and mutual commitment to company and individual expectations. Our business environment supports each individual's full experience of life: professional, personal, spiritual, family, community, interests, hobbies, etc.
Team Focus	Our business environment is based on the concept of "team" vs. a group of individuals working within a traditional corporate hierarchy. Each individual contributes to the team based on their unique gifts and talents and is compensated based on their contribution and overall team success. We rely on clear, mature communication and individual integrity (keeping our word) to foster an environment of partnership and creativity. We believe that the synergy which results from team (1+1=3) will provide corporate and individual prosperity.

We meet and exceed the expectations of our clients through the dedication and commitment of our team members. Our team will have the knowledge and skills required to handle the current and future needs of our clients. We will keep our skills within the communications technology arena up-to-date and current. We apply the proper checks and balances, and ensure that measures are in place to achieve quality objectives.
Dynamic, Responsive, and Adaptive	Our business environment fosters the entrepreneurial spirit that our company was founded upon. We embrace change and creativity in achieving our business objectives as normal aspects of business rather than areas to be avoided. We challenge ourselves to think creatively and continually enhance our skills.
